The Center for the Study of Human Rights (Worcester State College) examines and explores issues of human rights and presents these to the community, primarily through an outstanding speaker series. Lecturers have included Noam Chomsky, Marjorie Agosin, Martin Espada, U.S. Representative James P. McGovern, Tino Villaneuva, Archbishop of South Africa Ndungane, and poet activist Dennis Brutus, to name a few.
