Public Access Television gives the people of our community a way to directly select, present, produce the programming of their choice. At WCCA TV13 the programming reflects the interest of the body of its members. All persons in Worcester are encouraged to participate. If you have a program idea to contribute, please do so. If you're interested in producing your own TV show for public access, call us; we'll be happy to show you how.
