If you believe you have been the subject of discrimination in Worcester, we encourage you to contact us. Our help can take many forms, including dispute resolution, information regarding complaint procedures, and referral to other appropriate agencies. The Worcester Human Rights Commission also serves as a resource for human and civil rights issues. Through educational efforts, we work to eliminate discrimination and to make Worcester a better place to live, work and visit. Our approach to human rights issues is multi-faceted. We believe in prevention of human rights violations by fostering inclusive community relation practices, enforcement of human and civil rights policies, and by responding to incidence of discrimination by applying appropriate action.
